Flat Wire Mesh Belt is made of cross rod and sheetmetal, with welded edges, some side locking. Baffle and transverse baffle can be added on edges. The width of mesh belt is decided by the specification and the number of odd holes. Long belt life can be expected if used properly for very little maintenance is needed. Materials include carbon steel, galvanized steel, SS304 and SS316.

It is usually used for the equipment of cooling, drying, bread production, washing, sorting and products processing, etc.
